Russia: Dima Bilan not the best European act.

Congratulations, Manga & Agnes!!
Yesterday Berlin hosted the MTV Europe Music Awards 2009, at the O2 World Arena with Katy Perry as a host. Last year's Eurovision winner Dima Bilan was nominated as Best European Act, leaving big artists like Agnes from Sweden behind him. Being one of the last ones nominated he lost the prize to the Turkish band Manga.
The other nominated artists were Deep Inside (Finland), Lost (Italy) and Doda (Poland).
Agnes Carlsson got the award for best Swedish act!
